Since joining the firm in 2011, Rob has performed a major role assisting the Practice Manager in all areas of business administration and has been successful in building a diverse and impactful career within the firm. During his tenure, Rob has worked in accounts, overseen system training and development, handled business contracts, and served as the Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), along with much more. His extensive experience and commitment have made him a vital contributor to the firm’s ongoing success, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently across all areas.

As Business Services Executive at Bower Bailey, Rob is responsible for a broad range of crucial business functions. His expertise in finance, system training and development, and contract negotiation ensures that the firm maintains its high standards of service and compliance. In his role as Deputy MLRO, Rob is dedicated to protecting the firm from financial crime risks and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Personal Interests:

Outside of his professional life, Rob is a devoted father who enjoys spending quality time with his two children. He is actively involved in his local community, managing his son’s football team. A passionate sports enthusiast, Rob loves to both participate in and watch sports, and he is also an avid music fan who regularly attends gigs and festivals.
